The weld-on nut is welded to the gate's supporting structure, while the gate frame made of 40 × 40 mm profile is attached to the hinge using a flange. After unscrewing the flange, the frame is placed on the hinge, and then the flange is screwed back on. The threaded mechanism allows for adjusting the position of the gate leaf after it has been installed. The hinge is made of structural steel with a galvanized surface finish. Parts intended for welding are supplied without surface treatment.
